Horrible experience! MD kept my vehicle for 3 days just to have a diagnostic performed, although I had a scheduled appointment. Advised it would take 20 mins to half and hour. Specifically indicated to advisor I wish not to leave my vehicle overnight. No Loaner available for the second time. Left umpteen messages for Manager(Brian), Operator and Service Advisor with no return call. Late follow up from Advisor(Maria) with a response of the Service Tech working on another vehicle. Extremely disappointed with MB service and their response.

I brought my car in that I purchased back in May 2022 from Mercedes Coconut Creek because I started hearing the wheel make a weird noise everything I was turning. They ordered the part to fix it and provided everything complimentary. Their service is fast, the employees are extremely professional, nice to work with and pleasant to be around. I would highly recommend them for all your sales and service needs!

I made an appointment early this week and found a great spot in the same week. The service consultant was very helpful and explain in detail the points to be reviewed. She also offered a ride. My car was ready at the estimated time that was scheduled and absolutely clean. I apreciate that. Thank you Mercedes for the job well done.

This is my honest opinion being a first time owner of a Mercedes Benz we have a 2020 glb 250 we received a letter stating it had 3 recalls we dropped the car of to the shop then we received a call saying the car was ready when I got there the car wasn’t ready had to wait another whole hour finally got the car then the next day the rear camera wasn’t working properly my husband woke at 6am to go back to the dealership when he gets there he’s told oh I’m sorry we forget to tell you about the camera issue we are ordering the part it will be there in a few days. My husband was very upset about that because he feels like if he didn’t notice the camera wasn’t working he would have never received a phone call because like they said “they forgot”

If this was the only place to purchase a Benz, I'd buy an Oldsmobile . I am a DIY doing minor work on my C300 and my friend's E350. I purchased parts with cash some of which I didn't need (rather have parts on hand if needed.) I returned them the following da. So far it's been two weeks and I've haven't received my money back stating that they have to write a check

My service advisor, Rick Brown, met me outside as I pulled up in the Mercedes car line. He immediately processed the paper work and made sure I had a ride home. When the service was complete he alerted me through text. I also received a video email of the mechanic checking my brakes and inspecting under the car. My service was completed in a timely manner and I was very satisfied. Having a service advisor such as Rick who is professional, knowledgeable and conscientious is one of the many reasons I continue to use Mercedes, Coconut Creek.

I am very happy with the service that I received from the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Coconut Creek. From the employees that were standing outside at the receiving area to Jose. Everything went well and I felt like I was getting good quality service. Jose was multitasking between clients to assure that no one was left unattended for an extended period of time. The service advisor, Phillip, and manager, Brion, assisted in making sure my car was processed quickly and efficiently after a small mess up by another associate. The level of customer service and urgency to resolve my issue is appreciated and made me a happy customer. Would definitely recommend this dealership ,as they handled my problem nicely.

Worst Mercedes dealer possible. Consider how reputable a business with a 5 star review rating is when it has SO MANY who have left 1 review in their ENTIRE life. Clearly SEO or business marketing firm reviews…They need a lot of “fake good” to cover all the bad. Go through and judge for yourself. Especially if buying a certified pre owned.

This Auto Nation owned dealer is extorting the Mercedes Benz name with their “Certified Pre Owned” vehicles. UPDATE 2/24: The “thank you for your review” was the extent of their “follow up” regarding our concerns. As slimy as they come! This reflects poorly on Mercedes Benz that they don’t care enough about their name to sell one to “Auto Nation.” Not what I’d expect from a luxury certified pre-owned dealer. Had I known who owned it prior to the sale I would have NEVER bought a car here!!! Here is the short list of our experience: 1. Piece of car flew off in city traffic within weeks of purchase. Didn’t catch that it was loose during that thorough inspection? 2. The vehicle service light came on before we’d even driven 500 miles. Perhaps that also isn’t something they do during their “certification” either. 3. The scratch that I was assured would be fixed to my satisfaction is shown here. Repaired. What an embarrassment. 4. Despite my husband calling several times to attempt to address these issues, he never received a call back from the manager. In short, they made no attempt to remedy his dissatisfaction because he’s a generally a nice trusting guy. It’s difficult for me to conceive how they could sell a car in this condition as “certified.” I’d recommend you shop elsewhere if you expect certified pre owned to mean anything. Just check the other bad reviews. All the same story.

At my service visit 3 days ago my Service Advisor told me my 15 month battery needed to be changed I questioned the recommendation because of the age. She told me I don’t drive enough I authorized the new battery and $446 later she advised me that my alternator may need changing. I questioned why it was not changed since it is covered in my extended warranty and she told me it has to fail before they can do that. Well two day later the car shut off in the turn lane of a busy intersection near the turnpike After 2 hour wait in busy traffic The vehicle was towed and consequently the repairs were made. I am SUPER disappointed Mercedes would place my life at risk when this was a warranties repair. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in Mercedes!!!!!!

I bought a Van. On the same day I had to go back because the door didn't close properly. They said they would adjust it but if it didn't fit they would change the door. I outfitted the Van with lockers and when I went back to fit the door that wasn't changed they told me the door couldn't be fitted because I put lockers on the Van. First of all, the terraces are far from the door and they don't influence. Second, the problem occurred on the same day that Van was delivered. Right before I put in cabinets. Diagnosed by themselves! They were opportunistic not to fix their own problems.

Smart cars are only serviced by Mercedes, unfortunately, and the prices are extremely high. Smart owners do not have a choice, as the cars are not imported anymore in the US and no other auto service understands these little cars.

They really did nothing special! Never received quote for the silver base in car that they said couldn't fix. They could not fix the viser on left side, pin fell out, said had to replace the whole thing, I have the pin. Asked twice for tire pressure to be checked before doing so. I remember at Ft Lauderdale Mercedes Benz they automatically check that and put air in tires if needed when you pull up. Not impressed! 2/10 So we all saw the response from the owner to make things right, NOTHING a made right. I called as requested, GM left for day, LM was told would receive a call the following morning, NEVER HAPPENED, no VM left to show truly care, nothing, just more of the same, SMH!

we enjoy the sales reps here but the service the department is the worst we’ve ever dealt with on multiple occasions and joyce was extremelyyyyy rude and unhelpful when we called to find out when our car was finally going to be ready with going with out it for weeks and trying to call numerous with so no response to try to get some answers. I’d rather drive the far way to go to the delray location instead, will not be going back to coconut creek for services.

I had a tire emergency on Saturday and called for an appointment. Not only was the service center opened on a Saturday, but I was able to bring my vehicle in. This guy made me drive one hour after I got an offer online for $35,659 for my truck then spent hours doing an appraisal with this tire kicker so call Sales Manager that doesn't know anything about custom trucks. brings the offer down to $25k, I told him CarMax offer me 36k and Mazda in Doral offer me 40k, after that the sales guy told me I should have taken the money and rant for the hills... But the best part of the story is, He then tells me to go back to Mazda get the 40k offer and then come back to coconut creek Mercedes and buy the sprinter van from him. You talk about insult to injury!!! I will never buy a car from you!!! I will never buy a car from this dealership!! You tire kick my truck for hours so you could then insult me with this lowball. offer and you have the nerves to think I'm going to spend a dollar in that dealership after the way I was treaded. and by the way, go outside and take some real pictures of the van you are selling, so customers don't get Suprises later with the vehicle you are advertising. the van in your pictures on the web is not the same van you show me at the dealership.

He was very responsive and answered all my questions and even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule since I was travel in from out of town. We ran into a couple of unexpected hiccups, but he and Finance Director, Scott, worked in tandem to overcome them to my satisfaction. Follow up has also been excellent and I’m extremely pleased with the GLE as well. highly recommend this dealership- I’ll likely return, from 400 miles away - for my next purchase!

Went in service center for rear door repair under an extended warranty and had to argue about a diagnostic fee that was not covered by the warranty. Service Manager did agree to drastically reduce the diagnostic fee so that was good. Got the car home and the rear door latch switch on the driver's door does not work. Not happy that I have to go back for repeated work so bad rating for quality control.

Waiting on a call back from a service advisor and I've only been calling for 5 days and left hundreds of voicemails and gave the info to the receptionist 4 or 5 times so someone can follow-up!!!!! I understand in the current situation they are probably understaffed and overwhelmed with work but so is everyone else in this business and 5 days to call a customer back is not acceptable in any industry. Worst car buying experience ever, test drive, sales person did not know the car (like how to put down the back seats), then on purchase, told 3 things were owed to me, did touch-up, provided a key, but reneged on providing the car manual. Really, Autonation does not have a Jag XE manual, a copy would be fine. Basically, you can?t trust the sales people on their word, they could order a manual, buy one on e-bay, even make a copy for me, instead, I was given the run-around. Elevated it to a manager, told they would get me a manual, nothing. He is out now, so it was supposed to go to another manager, told she would call me, never did. Terrible customer experience. I told sales, within 5 days, I don?t want the car with no manual. No reaction. So what does the Autonation 5 day guarantee of 100% satisfaction or return for a refund mean? The experience compromised the Autonation reputation over providing a car manual? Inept handling of the car purchase is my take. 3rd used Jag purchase, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Gonzalo is a manager who goes far and beyond to ensure that the service in Mercedes is adequately delivered and always sets clear expectations with the customer. It is incredible how all the employees are in sync with a customer service centre mentality. Jose, my service Manager, is a Sr. who knows how to deliver and manage customer service. This is the worst place to take your car for service . I’ve had nothing but issues every time I took my car for service there. One time the technician left a wrench under the hood of my car. The car was making a sound but they didn’t care to check. And when I pointed it out, the mng didn’t even bother to say anything to me. Just last weekend I took my car to have the brakes and alignment done. The dealership lost my car keys 20 minutes after I left. I had an 8:30am appointment Saturday, I didn’t end up getting my car back not until Wednesday night. Get this, they lied about the brakes. My car felt the same way I had given it to them. I was charged for a service they didn’t even do. I truly feel disregarded and treated condescendingly. This is the worst. Whoever owns this place will definitely hear from me.

Although I was offered a Lyft ride home I opted to stay in the very comfortable waiting area, amply supplied with coffee and snacks. I was driving from sunrise fl, on a run flat tire, I've somehow hit a pothole on the road and rear tire monitor system advised me there was a big problem all the air was going fast. I tried to go to nearest tire shop,tire plus to see if they can patch. Unfortunately they said they wouldn't be able to cause it's a run flat ?. On top of that they didn't have the tire I needed in stock ? 275 35r 20 . So I had them put 40 psi air in the tire so I can try to make it back home somehow and figure it out later. It's already 4pm in the afternoon rush hour. I called coconut creek mercedesbenz where I bought my Sclass at and advised them I had a flat and needed a tire asap. By the grace of God I was able to get there with no major problems ?? and thank God they had 1 of my tires in stock ?. They got my tire on the benz and I was a happy man again ? ??

Service was good. However, FYI the new windshield wipers installed on my Mercedes Benz GLE were very cheep and do not work well at all. Therefore, I called to notify the service depart, and they informed me that I could come by and they would correct them. Although, they said I was not the only one that has called to complain about these wipers. Therefore, my suggestion is that you source a higher quality windshield wiper for Mercedes Benz. Therefore, your customers are not inconvenienced with having to return to have better windshield wipers put on. Thank You.

Purchasing the vehicle is a complete different experience to having it serviced after the sale. When we purchased, they were the mist pleasant and definitely picture perfect, however less than 3 weeks after purchase, I've had 2 issues with the vehicle and even though I purchased extended warranty, they were not helpful, the second time they told us they don't have the tools or technicians to deal with thr issue. Why didn't they tell me this before selling me extended warranty? Completely disappointed and will not recommend

I've purchased my vehicle there less than 3 weeks ago. To make the purchase all is picture perfect, but the service after the fact is awful. I've had 2 issues with the car since the first time they said I needed to go to Volvo because the car is still under warranty, which I did, the second time was an issue Volvo didn't want to deal with because they weren't the last to fix that particular problem, but Mercedez Benz of Coconut Creek refused to call me back, and then didn't take my calls. When we went there, they told us that they don't have the technicians or tools to repair said issue and are not responsible for fixing it. Therefore even after purchasing the extended warranty I'm out of pocket. I'm am completely disappointed and will not recommend!

BEWARE of buying a certified preowned Mercedes at this dealership. During the pandemic I purchased a 2018 GLE 350 all cash I live in Charlotte NC so I had reservations about buying but I lived in FL and had my previous Mercedes’ serviced here so I had a sense that it would be a good decision. The car came to me filthy I’m pretty sure no one looked over this car. I started noticing yellow staining on the paint on the back rear well I had the car professionally detailed the detailer told me that the staining is under the clearcoat he also pointed out there was spray paint under the wheel well and that there had been damage that was badly covered up and now I have a car with staining on it I called the dealership we went round and round someone was trying to sell me an extended warranty and told me that having a paint job was very cheap to do. I’m not happy with the customer service at this Mercedes dealership I also expected a lot more from a prestigious brand like Mercedes. I’ve had Mercedes my whole life this may be the last one. Time to get a Range Rover or BMW maybe they treat there clients better. I’m still waiting for the dealership manager to call me back.

I purchased my 2023 GLA 250 here after Hurricane Ian destroyed my other car. I hadn't necessarily planned on purchasing a Mercedes, and I was leaning toward buying a newer used car. However, we were already in the area to get my husband's car. Rashad and Jose were very helpful. No sales pressure at all. They spent time with me looking through their used car inventory and test driving. I ended up buying a new car because the price was competitive, and it had exactly the features I wanted without any of the bells/whistles I did not want. Review Update: Following my review below, I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealership. He looked in to my situation and agreed that the billing was excessive. As a result, MB of Coconut Creek agreed to refund me a total of $2285, which I felt was fair. I appreciate their responsiveness and the way they handled the situation so I am updating my rating to five stars. MB of Coconut Creek asked me to write an honest review, so here it goes. I feel like I was completely taken advantage of by this dealership's service department. I live in Naples and was on my way back there when my 2014 GL 450 would not start when filling up my tank at a gas station in Coral Springs. I had it towed to MB of Coconut Creek to get it fixed as it was the nearest Mercedes dealer. The service coordinator knew I was in a bind and I am sure he took this as an opportunity to overcharge me. I was told that the car needed a new starter and that it was going to take "19 hours" to complete the job. That seemed ridiculous to me that it would take so long, but I had very little choice in order to get my car fixed and on the road again. The cost: $962 plus tax for parts, and a whopping $4,670 for labor. I reluctantly paid and got the job done. Once all the dust settled and I was able to contact a few knowledgeable mercedes mechanics whom I have used in the past at other MB dealerships, I was told that a new starter replacement should take only 3-4 hours max to complete, not the 19 hours that I was told by MB of Coconut Creek. I was livid after finding this out and I feel that MB of Coconut Creek cheated me by using my predicament (and my lack of knowledge) to drastically overcharge me. Is this not fraud? Is there not a standard number of hours that MBUSA dictates to its dealership affiliates that a new starter replacement should take? I will definitely be looking into this with MBUSA, but in the meantime, I want everyone to know I feel that MB of Coconut Creek did not treat me with fairness or honesty, but rather saw fit to price gouge me instead.

I went in for service and to extend the warranty on my car and saw this beautiful car behind me on the sales floor. I got up to take a look. Then told the service advisor how much I liked that car. I got up again to take a better look and when I went back to his desk, I asked how much would it cost to buy that car with my trade in. Had my Gwagon serviced for a warranty replacement on a Pereli Tire. Frances verified and took pics and said it would be covered under warranty. i have a limo company - brought the sprinter in for a check engine light and DEF light. (recall) and to replace the passenger air bag(recall) it took a week for them to look at the van i told them what the check engine light was(nox sensor)they replaced the nox sensor did not do the air bag said they had to order it. they had the van for a week before they looked at it - they knew they needed the part and could have ordered it when the van was dropped off - the DEF light they said i let the fluid run low(not true) then they said i over filled it i have had the van for 6 years i think i know what i am doing - there are major problems with the DEF systems in the Sprinters - i said something to the writer about all the problems with the Sprinters and the service writer said the sprinters where not being use in the right way - (the are work vans) i said Amazon has 1000's and she said look how many are here for repair

Both my wife and myself purchased from here within 2 weeks of each other. Both of us never received the loan information for our car until a few days after the first payment was due, so the payment was late, and my wife only got the information after calling for 4 days straight and then asking to speak to a manager. Asked for them to get me information on purchasing another car as well, never heard back. I'm still waiting for my spare key which was supposedly ordered for me. I won't get any more cars from here.

Had a deal set up in Orlando to have the car shipped but they wouldn’t release the vehicle and wouldn’t accept my trade offer made here. I came in with a recently purchased, previously owned GL450. I wanted a thorough inspection of the vehicle to confirm its overall condition, fix a seat and get estimates for work on the car. Gave them a really hard time about my sprinter had it fixed then drove off and it wasn’t. They put me a hotel and put new part on it to get me going only to find out after all my complaining the warranty ran out They still helped me GREATLY ON MY BILL AND IT WAS FIVE STAR SERVICE I recommend them to anyone in this area or abroad ADAM WAS MY SERVICE MANAGER AND I KNOW I GOT ON HIS NERVES BUT I THANK YOU FOR YOUR DELIGENCE IF YOU have a sprinter this is the dealership for you

What a rip off! I was naive enough to have my Mercedes towed to this Mercedes-Benz of Coconut Creek after I got a flat tire. It was very difficult to get anyone on the phone. My car was assigned to service rep by the name is Rick Brown. I had to call 20 times until he returned my call. Finally, he called me back and said that I need 2 new tires and it will cost $1,300. I asked why 2? There was only 1 flat! He lied that the 2nd tire was also flat and unrepairable, as I drove on it. I knew this wasn't the case, and had my car towed to a local tire repair place, 2 miles away. It turned out that only 1 tire was flat, not 2. And they fixed it for $35. Stay away!

I took my AMG for its annual service and had a good experience working with Jim. He gave me the total required and recommended maintenance solutions and was honest about what was necessary and what wasn't -- I never felt pressured to choose a more expensive service. One thing to note, I would have liked if I could have been given a loaner car whilst my car was at service, but I understand there is only a limited amount of loaner vehicles available at any given time.

If looking for better pricing Mercedes is more dependable and no hidden fees as others will promise something lower but then will sell you in things not needed. I recommend using only your vehicle service provided to do anything to your Mercedes vehicle. They are dependable and quick with everything.

Traveled 40 miles to MB of Coconut creek and had a great experience with the sales team. Rashad, our sales person, is experienced with the brand, very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Rupert Rhodd HORRIBLE FOLLOW UP EXPERIENCE WITH THE SALES TEAM. Four weeks after purchasing a 2022 car from Mercedes Benz of Coconut Creek, it broke down. Road side assistance took forever to come as we were stranded for 2 hours. In fact, we called MB of Coconut Creek and reported the problem hoping that a member of the sales team who sold us the car would have intervened because the person who answered the call took all the information. NO SUCH LUCK! Eventually, Roadside Assistance came and the car was towed to MB of Coconut Creek. Over the next two weeks that the car was in the shop, it became abundantly clear that the person who sold us the car had one solitary interest: to earn her commission. She did all she could to convince us to buy the 2022 car because we contacted her the day the car broke down, she PROMISED to call back, and for the two weeks the car remained in her shop, she or no one from the sales team called to find out how we fared or how we were doing. This is our 3rd Mercedes Benz, and rest assured, the LAST CAR WE WILL BUY FROM MB of Coconut Creek. There was ONE BRIGHT STAR FROM THIS SITUATION, and HIS NAME IS RICKERT. He understood our frustration and from the moment he gave us the loaner until the problem was solved. We will be back to service our car at MB of Coconut Creek, but we will not buy another car from this dealership. Thanks Rickert for a wonderful Service Experience, and it was NOT ABOUT WHAT YOU WERE EARNING.

There were issues on my first service trip there, in 2013. Paul Santamaria-NOT my service guy at the time-stepped in and made everything right. Since then, Paul has made sure my every trip there was perfect. I've even postponed service trips there when he was on vacation. I TRUST PAUL-ask for him and you will too. September, 2022, things have changed. Paul left the dealership, and I was up for grabs, I guess. Adam Littman was my service writer-he told me my yearly service charge would be a little over 2 thousand dollars. I knew there were levels of service and I asked him to print the estimate. True, the TOP service charge WAS a little over 2k, but the basic service was half the price. My car is over 10 years old at this point, and I have no desire in investing more than necessary. I was NOT given that option. I told him > wanted the basic service and the replacement of a light that was out. He called me and gave me an estimate of "needed repairs" of roughly $5500. My confidence in this dealership-built back by Paul Santamaria after my first fiasco-was lost. I declined his recommendations and paid about $1500. I plan on getting a new SUV soon (even though I still like the one I have), but it probably won't be a Merc, and DEFINATELY won't be from Coconut Creek Mercedes. Sorry, TWO strikes, you're out.

While the service given by Kevin and Michelle was courteous and knowledgeable... the processes by Mercedes was far from satisfactory... When you purchase a CPO (Which we have a few times from Autonation) you expect a certain level of coverage... the ignition was intermittent on our SLC300, which was under the CPO warranty given... so when we took the car in we were told there would be a $300 diagnostic fee, right off the bat... no apologies for having an issue with a car still allegedly under warranty... just the charge up front... next it was determined to be the battery... which is NOT covered under the warranty... this car was supposed to got through a full check before it was sold... while the tires should be the responsibility of the buyer, the battery, being on a car sold less than a year ago, should not be on the buyer... To add insult to injury... there is currently a deal happening at the dealer offering $60 off a new battery... when the service advisor called to say it was the battery, they did not 'advise' there could be a savings... just asked if I wanted to proceed, or I would just pay the $300 diagnostic charge. Why would they not tell you they have a deal on, do they not want to keep a loyal customer? When you pay $500 for a battery to be installed, the same battery you could buy for $200 and install yourself, and they cannot even tell you about a deal they are offering is extremely poor.

Took the car alignment, balance and rotation. Picked the car almost 7pm and the car was driving extremely bad. You let go of the wheel and it drive towards the right. Took the car the following day. After 4 hours I get the car and now it was worse than before. Went back I ask the technician to come in the car and see for him self. I guess the dealership doesn't allow them to test drive the car before returning it to the owner. Well guess what I was there all day! Left until 5pm. Missed my eye doctor appointment and a birthday party because the car was pulling to the right. I told them I didn't not turn in my car like that, who ever was the tech did a horrible job. And they blame it that the car is a 2015, their excuse was when the car is old and you it for repair the mechanic might find other things? Well that was not a good answer either. I won't be back.

I have called this dealership twice and still have yet to hear back from anyone. I expressed interest in a 2016 GL63 and was ready to buy, just wanted to get a picture of undercarriage, check on documentation fees associated with this vehicle purchase and shipping rates to Virginia. I expressed that I am a CASH in hand buyer and don't require financing but I guess that doesn't mean much to them. It's been 10 days since my initial call and 5 days since second call, Sabrisia said she was going to check on best shipping rate for me.....nothing yet! Good luck with the sale, bringing my CASH elsewhere!

I emailed this dealer about a 2012 Mercedes E350 that was on their website, salesman David got back to me promptly at 6:46pm saying this vehicle was available! Keep in mind they close at 7pm. I drove to the dealership today and got there before 9am, which is the time they open, I saw the car in the lot so I checked it out, at 9am I called them and said I was outside by the car and I wanted to buy it right then and there! Salesman David walked me into the dealership , sat me down, took my license and made a copy, comes back 1 minute later and says sorry one of our other salesman is buying this. Wait what? I’m offering to buy the car right now! I left a message for the sales manager Locksley , so I’m awaiting a callback to see what is going on here. If the GM Cliff sees this I’d like to have a conversation with him as well.

Had my sprinter towed in to CCMB and they didn’t look at it for over two weeks. I had to drive all the way to the dealership to find that they had not looked at my vehicle. Only till I called to find out the status they finally said they were going to look at the vehicle. Then when they found out the problem they told me they didn’t have the part (alternator) So I had to go out and buy the part and bring it to them. And pay them to installing it. The only time I get an update was having to make a phone call had to call the service manager TWICE in order to get help. Don’t seem that they really care about customer service at the service department. Then when I got the sprinter back the AC wasn’t working and I was told by the service under writer that the AC was working fine. Temperature was over 90. Had to go back again to explain to them and show them what the problem was. They wanted me to bring the vehicle back and charge me almost 3 times amount of another service mechanic. Service rider never followed up to ask me if I was gonna bring the vehicle back to them. Would not recommend coconut Creek Mercedes Benz for service. And I’m sure when I purchase another MB it won’t be from coconut Creek Mercedes Benz.

My lease on my C 300 2018 expired at the end of November 2021. Just got my NEW C 300 delivered on Saturday June 18th which I leased again. I would have wished for more transparency when I was told that the new car will arrive by the end of February -end of March - maybe May? My husband went to Europe at the end of March and he was told there that all new cars assembled in South Africa take 6-8month to deliver. What did my dealership miss by giving me wrong information and hopes. My dealership is close to home that is the reason for my choosing.

I brought my Mercedes in to get the gas cap fixed because it wouldn’t open anymore. Staff was nice. Only thing I didn’t like was there were no loaners and my car wasn’t ready until the next day. I had a lot of things to do so it was a real inconvenience. As much money as I pay for the vehicle they should offer loaners. Not no Lyft to my home. A Lyft can’t take me to run my errands and go to work. So that’s the only thing negative I would say

I am a Mercedes customer for the past 5 years. I deal with Mercedes of Coral Springs and find they are very honest and sincere when dealing with their customers especially with pre-certified autos. I currently went from leasing my vehicle to purchasing it. I also have a maintenance contract, which I am thankful, as I am notified by my Agent at MERCEDES of Coral Springs maintenance department, Francis Jose. Great phone costumer service and easy to set up an appointment. Repair on my vehicle covered under warranty were performed in a timely manner. Only negative was that I was told the vehicle would be ready at a certain time and it took an additional hour to get my vehicle back.

I had a great experience dealing with Juan Ortiz at the Mercedes-Benz in Coconut Creek. I recently received my MB from the MB dealership in Tampa. It was missing a back wiper blade. I made an appointment and drove my car to the Coconut Creek location and Juan was extremely helpful. I came in the morning after and arrived late, however, they still managed to take good care of me. I highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

I was on my way back home from MIA to Clermont when my Benz notified me to stopped the car because of a mechanical issue. I called Mercedes Benz and in less than 40 minutes I was on my way to the Coconut Creek dealer where from the front door to the end the service was awesome amazing. On this days we hardly find good customer service, but the customer service from the Coconut Creek personal I really appreciated 💯 % I’am so appreciate of Adam Littman my service representative who was very attentive and patient with me. I have been a customer for 21 years, this was my worst visit for service. My appointment was to include a loaner vehicle, but my service writer decided that since the service would not take long I could wait for my vehicle. One and one half hours later my car was not ready. (That is why I wanted a loaner) when I voiced my displeasure with this situation my car was magically ready. Customer service was great. I had been having an issue with my A/c and my radio. They fixed the radio but couldn?t find the problem with the a/c. One thing that bothered me and another customer in the waiting area there were no stirrers for the coffee. It?s not a big deal, but a small detail that is important. This is Mercedes. I think you should get this right. There have been other issues at other times in the coffee area. Beyond that everything was great. They got me a Lyft to bring me home.

I was recently there in December for service and paid over $1,700.00. Subsequently I had to go back in March to have a panel and hose replaced as my brake fluid leaked completely out while I was driving and I almost got into an accident and had to pay $1,075.00 for those repairs. It?s unfortunate that this issue was not noticed during my service in December where I was told I had a full inspection of the vehicle done. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait an hour as they could not find my key. Unacceptable.

Rick, my service manager, was spot-on as usual. Loaner was there waiting for me as promised, service was done in 48 hours, and I had the loaner an extra 2 days as the tires I needed were delivered to the dealership (one of the days was a Sunday). Car was ready for me when promised by Rick via text, and I picked up that afternoon, shiny and just cleaned for me!

Horrible experience service took 5 days to change radiator hose. I was not giving a loaner car I was offered a lift ride home on day 1. I was then told to find an enterprise in the area and find a rental. I made reservations on 3 went to each one to be told no car available. The rep in service that was handling my service was not upfront with me. Never call as promised. I spend too much time each day calling to find out the status of my card I had to find a ride to work . I was told the car will take another day each time I request to have a car on the last day I was told to go to the enterprise in wyles road because they do business there. I show up and no reservations or info was there. I call service and was told that a car was in front of the dearship for me. A lie. I then give my phone to enterprise rep who process a car with the only mini van as an option. This service is very unprofessional not friendly and currently not customer friendly

When I made the service appointment the person with whom I spoke assured me that loaner cars were provided on a first come first serve basis and the dealer didn't reserve them. I found this to be absurd and learned from Phil Moodiethat loaner cars could be reserved. Obviously, the person lied to me, and if there is a record of who scheduled the appointment I strongly recommend terminating him. Employees blatantly lying to customers does not reflect well on the culture set by management. Phil Moodie exemplifies quality customer service.

Engine light came on at noon and Mercedes of Coconut Grove had an appointment by 1:30 same day. In two hours they diagnosed and repaired the problem at half the quoted price. It was fast, efficient and professional. All this was really important. We were 1200 miles from home on vacation with only three days left before we had to travel to our next destination 350 miles away with paid accommodations waiting.

My sister's experience with this dealership has not been a good one. She had her vehicle sent to the dealership for repairs and services. What she got was poor customer service, vehicle not repaired, and lies from the General Manager Cliff Beverly. I talked to this guy personally and he assured me and my sister that he would resolve the issue. Needless to say, the technician did some patch work to the vehicle which made it seemed as if the problem was fixed. The problem wasn't fixed and the dealership is not answering our calls. Our next step is to contact corporate, BBB, and the Federal Trades Commission to report fraud and unfair business practices for starters.

From 5 to 0 stars. Few times do I ever give any negative feedback but this has been the worse I’ve ever been treated and over the smallest things. Started with the phone follow up it took multiple calls to try to schedule a test drive after but it wasn’t “ready” after a couple of days I decided to show up. Another salesman helped me, he was very friendly, I liked the car, tried to negotiate price and after talking to the a sales manager they said can’t do it so we agreed on 3 small things as “gifts” fine. Easy sale, they said car wouldn’t be ready for a few days, I put a put a deposit and agreed to wait. Days later the car is somewhat ready, I get a call from GM to congratulate me, I show up make the purchase. They asked me to come back the following week to finish up the things they needed to do and get my gifts. A month a half later I’ve been told 10 times to wait another few days then it’s in back order, no answers. All for silly stuff, I took it upon myself to call parts department, I can place the order and it will take 2 business days or I could visit another dealer where they have it in stock. As a long time Mercedes owner, and my company sponsoring the Mercedes run I’m insulted at the level of service and follow up I received. I tried calling one more time before posting this but no answer and no call back. DISSATISFIED.

Recently moved from another state and found this dealer and service center near my new home is Florida. These folks are friendly, and willing to assist you the minute you arrive at the center. The attendant at front actually walks you to the person who is going to ?manage? your visit. I was there a the first service and this center was able to accommodate me on the same date. The took me home and picked me up within 3 hours?.,,,,my car was ready. Awesome people make a great car dealership. Great team.

Very happy with this Service Department at M-B of Coconut Creek. This is my third Mercedes-Benz, I’ve been owning and driving Mercedes since 2006 and I am a very satisfied customer. Also this latest model 2017 GLE AMG 43 (of my three SUV's) drives like a dream…luxurious, quiet, smooth and powerful. It has best on minimal repairs. My personal Service Advisor, Kevin A has been terrific! He gets the job done effectively and goes above and beyond every visit. I’m always pleased and impressed when I leave. I had a severely damaged tire from all the road construction around town and M-brace roadside assistance had my spare tire on in no time! The road service man was super capable, clean and kind and he told me everything I needed to know to be on the road with a portable spare tire. The dealership got me in the next day and Kevin had a replacement tire ordered, delivered (two tires on hand just in case) and ready when I arrived for my appointment. I was comfortable waiting in the customer lounge area. I was done in just over an hour and the cost of my new tire was covered due to road debris so the charge was minimal! My husband is also very happy that my car is well taken care of by Mercedes of Coconut Creek and it’s always a positive experience. Overall fantastic experience to share, pleased and grateful.

We are a Benz family and MB of Coconut Creek has been our service facility of choice for the last 4+ years. I recently had my new GLE in for it's first scheduled maintenance. As usual, everything went smooth - from the ease of getting a convenient appointment, the drop off, the length of time required to complete the procedure, to the return of my freshly washed and vacuumed vehicle. Kudos again to Kevin (my service advisor) for his continued attention to detail while dealing with my GLE and our other vehicles over the years.

My experience with buying my first car from the dealership 2014 mercedes C250 was a great experience. Jose Rosario helped us and made sure all our questions and needs were meant on every agreement. As far as some of the issues we had after the purchase we was concerned on the 90 days warranty due to 1. Cigarette lighter was not working 2. Front bumper damage 3. Few scratches on the vehicle 4. Still waiting on reply for vehicle license plate and service. But overall sales service was a great experience and would refer family and friends.

My 2018,Mercedes 450 convertible, is a disaster! It has been in service to have various issues addressed. The issue with the driver?s side seat not automatically going back to where it was scheduled to do so has been going on for approximately 18 months. It was in a week ago, and still not fixed. Called Mary Donnell, head of service several times about the problem still not being fixed. It has been over two weeks and I still have not heard from her. I also called Cliff Barnes, the head of the dealership, twice and left messages. He also has not returned my calls. I called Mercedes customer service and told them I was returning my leased car since Mercedes can?t fix the problem, I recto pay for it any. Their service is just awful.

Good review of A service by Philip Moody. The battery replacement was under warranty. He also informed me that I needed a right rear tire replaced. In response to my questions about a written notice, Mr. Moody explained that : The NHTSA recall on C300 component is only “pending” and not open- no dealer action is possible at this time.

I would recommend Phillip Moodie everyday !!! He’s best service advisor , period . Very knowledgeable. He’s not just a person sitting on a computer, he knows his cars. For that reason I would recommend him above anyone. Unfortunately that’s not what I would say about his management. Every time he needed to bring a concern to his manager, he was blown off. As a customer I find that disrespectful from a management standpoint . Phillip Moodie is the only reason I would go back to that dealer for service.

I was not planning to purchase on this visit, but Joshua Garmon, our sales agent and Michael Kanen, the finance Manager were outstanding. My wife and I explained to Joshua that we had driven a GLB as a loaner while our car was in for service and we had enjoyed the vehicle. Without pressure, we sat and discussed this car as compared to other SUVs and decided this was the car that would work for us. We had some requirements for the exterior paint and interior color that we preferred. Joshua excused himself and when he returned, he was driving the SUV that we purchased. It was what we had discussed and after a test drive we knew it would work. When we returned we Had a meeting with Michael and we worked finance terms out that was agreeable with my wife and me. By the time we were leaving in our new car, I felt that we had somehow discover new family members. I would also like to mention our Service Rep Lizzette Berrios, who was helpful it’s questions e had about the car we were having service. Her answers helped us decide to consider moving to a SUV. I can say, although I realize it was a business transaction, my wife and I were made to feel very comfortable as if visiting with ‘Old Friends’.

I asked her to check the mirror turn indicator and a flood lamp and she did and got back with me with the information I requested. I have been going to this location from 2016 and for the 1st time I feel unhappy with the service. On Monday 2/8/21. When I got the call that my car was ready, I head over at 3 pm only to be told they are redoing the car alignment as they don’t like how it feel. I waited and got the car drove right home. I work from home so don’t drive much however we drove it on Thursday night and my husband said the car is vibrating. I took it back to the dealership on Friday 2/13/21. Waited until 3pm to call and was told I need engine and transmission mounts. Absolutely noting was wrong with my car before my service on Monday. I don’t even drive it often do to working from home due to Covid. I truly feel they did something to it. Why two alignment? I am still waiting on my car and it going to cost me 1,800.00. This is just not right in every way.

He was very professional and provided me with a few times to visit the dealership the next day. I was very excited and couldn’t wait to checkout my new car. On the way down Tom gave me a call. He just wanted to let me know that the car was ready and he had everything prepared for us to go on the test drive. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a better car buying experience! After we worked out all of the details, I began the purchasing process. It was very late that night but everyone was willing to wait before closing down the dealership. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and thoroughness throughout the whole process. I’ve never had a better car buying experience! After we worked out all of the details, I began the purchasing process. It was very late that night but everyone was willing to wait before closing down the dealership. I was super thankful for Michael Kanen as well. He made the purchasing process as smooth as possible. After everything was complete, Tom was there to ensure that my wife and I were happy. He did such an amazing job and I’m so thankful to have worked with the professionals at this dealership.

I have had my car detailed 2 times and everything the care looks like show room quality. The service tech Kevin takes care of the details and the time frame of waiting for my car to get finished is great, a couple of hours and it is done and ready to go. This is the first time this dealership has disappointed us. We made arrangements to purchase and install a tire. No one had this tire in stock. They told me they would get the tire and they would be ready for me at 1 pm. Got there 1:20pm. Waited 2 hours, sales consultant came out and told me another 30 minutes. I told her that it doesn’t take 2 hours to install one tire, and it was obvious to me that they were unable to install one. I took my car back. Manager came and apologized to me, which made me angrier. The tire in question went flat after it developed a bubble on the sidewall, it had 5800 miles and was 1 1/2 years old. I drove it on flat, after all it was a run flat tire. Dealer could have said, we are sorry for delay we will give you a loaner and deliver you car when ready. Instead I drove home in an unsafe condition, had to have a flatbed truck take car to Tire Hut, and buy 4 new tires, because this tire was unavailable. This cost $2000. This was a relatively new car, which we bought from this dealership. This was the 2nd ($100,000) car we bought from this dealership and my last. I’m very angry. This dealership did nothing right, and actually allowed a dangerous situation get out of hand. Than walked away from it. The original tire was defective, we should never have driven on it. Dealership is100% wrong here. With no way to make this right. We are so angry we don’t want this car anymore, and don’t care if we ever drive a Mercedes Benz again.

Anthony have zero customer service skills. I’ve read another review that he did the same thing to another customer. Had my car the entire day into overnight didn’t call me to say what was the issue. He made another appointment for me to leave my vehicle and put me in a loaner. I overheard them saying that they don’t have any then blame it on my insurance. Unprofessional and a waste of my time!!

Paul Santamaria has been my service advisor all these years - he is knowledgeable, sensitive to my needs as well as my time and is always honest and trustworthy. Needed new tires and some other minor issues taken care of on my S class. Mary Donnell was wonderful and arranged to have my car picked up from my house and gave me a loaner. I truly appreciated this as the Corona virus is getting worse again and I felt it to chancy to be around so many people. They took good care of my car, fixed all that needed fixing. Am truly appreciative of all they did. I recommend them highly.

I paid an insurance and every time a go for service trying to charge me for everything, I paid for tires services and they want me to pay $84.00 plus tax to rotate the tires, always something I've have been a customer for a few years and already bought 2 cars, but I don't think wouldn't buy another one or recommend Mercedes to anybody, and the aptitud of the service people is not too pleasant.

My cruise control stops the car suddenly when going under a bridge that’s checking sun pass. The brakes go on automatically and your goes from your current speed done to zero in a matter of seconds and you can get reared if you are not sharp enough.
